I've got a sargent seat for a CBR 954 RR that has the grip tex covering and is black on black for sale for $200. The seat has only been on the bike twice and not used very much. I used it on mountain trips and love the seat but now my bike is mainly a track bike and I am not worried about comfort on the track. For those that complain about how the stock seat feels you will definately like the feel of the atomic gel seat foam that is used in this. VERY comfortable. Retail is about $250 - $300. No scratches or cuts at all on the seat.
