I saw a 954 from japan as a feature bike. It had a aftermarket tank and a awesome looking upper with what looked like a zx looking ram air. Anyone else see it or have info on it?

There is a show bike from japan in super street bike magazine. It has a tank and full ram air fairing set made by tsr racing. Tsr racing is in japan (just outside of suzuka) and I want the fairings and possible the tank or at least info on them. But having a hard time translating and understanding the website. Just looking for more information.
