the most impressive thisng about the 1000rr is that when your riding it it doesn't even feel as heave as my r6 did. it is sooo flickable and just feels like a small not intimidating bike.

well put everything in a lighter bike up high, race bikes arent 466 lbs, they are 370.....with alot more power

Truth is the lighter the bike the more it feels unstable, the heavier the more stabe, "whithin reason of course". :roll:

i think the truth is racers ride those bikes and go faster, its just a situation of having an up to par suspension and experience on more powerful machines

race bikes have weight taken off in all the right places to make them more stable as they get lighter.......

which is why im gonna buy onea those next time around, more power, better handling, less weight, less money, hmmmm
