Hey pip, I'm sure you already tried this but loosen the clamp bolts on either side of the swingarm pivot (both sides of bike). Use a big, flat blade screw driver or a flat prybar to spread the clamp portion of the frame apart a tiny bit. Spray some PB Blaster or WD in the hole around the pivot shaft. Now hold the left side (looking from rear of bike) of the shaft still and turn the right side. The right portion is the "nut" side. I wouldnt try turning the left side until the right breaks loose. This is what I can gather from looking at the bike and am not certain that this is the correct procedure.

The thread in the "nut" side is right hand so you want to turn it counter clock wise to loosen. If you are having trouble with your double nut method turning loose, you can have a welder weld the nut to the end of the bolt that you are using as your tool. Or you can thread the nut all the way onto the bolt, drill through the diameter of the bolt about 1/2" from the end of the bolt you are using with a 3/8" bit and insert a 3/8" bolt and nut through the hole. Then unthread the large nut until it hits the 3/8"bolt. This will be a stop to keep the large nut from turning loose under counter clockwise forces.

yeah thanks man, i was thinking of getting it welded, but its just a matter of leverage, and when i push down, i lift the front of the bike off the ground, its currently no rear wheel, no exhaust, no footsets, and lifts the front up, dont wanna drop it, so ima leave it be, and then next time for the serious tune when i put on new chain new oil filter again new oil again new tires new pads etc etc ill loosen it while its stable then take it off, not putting it back together now to loosen it and then disassemble it again, fuck that

i didnt clean it for 7k miles, dirty ones let me tell you, for a reason, i hate cleaning shit

im getting a powerwasher
