Evading Arrest
Evading a pursuit Vehicle
Nos stopping for a road block
Endagering a Police officer
Excessive Speed (163) in a 45
Driving too fast for conditions (Nitetime)

Spent 2 hours in county holding cell till my old lady bailed me out for 1000$$ how bout that for some bullshit! i was with 14 other bikes i figured i was the only one who hadn't been cought yet so i stopped assuming i would just gget it in the mail later anyway i wanted my list. LOL Who Can guess the total over bail?

where did this happen? and why did you stop?
I was on the Southern State pkwy about 1am doing about 140 with my boy on his 1000rr and we passes a state trooper(2 in the car)sitting behind some bushes so I looked at them as we went by,as stupid as I am :D about 1/2 miles down I desided to turn and take a look behind and there he was about 1/2 behind trying to creep on us with his lights off :eek: trying to be a slick fucker :roll: so we just laid on the gas and bye bye :D

If you read my other post you saw where one pulled me and claimed that I was doing 70 in a 55. I was doing 60 and I told him so, also told him that I wasnt admitting to anything that I wasnt doing. He gave me a warning ticket. But I can tell you the truth if I did run I woudnt stop here, they might beat you to death before they throw you in a cage with big bubba :!: Dont want anybody with more body hair than me telling me I have a purdy mouph :wink:

Yea, on a dirt bike in Texas just joyriding around my house.....didn't even hear or see the cop behind me (crf 450) as soon as i did i got tackle etc...taken to jail...and in Texas evading arrest is a FELONY!!! So 2500$ later and six months of negotiations I was done with the deal.

Thats no good. Now you got no choice but to fight the system. Hopefully you can drop some of those charges.

I got nailed on a highway doing by 4 different cops the highest was 165 in a 65. With pretty much that same list of shit.

Speeding
Double the speed limit (which is a criminal offense and you go to jail)
Wreckless driving (which is also a criminal offense and you go to jail)
Illegal changing of lanes
Wreckless endangerment
Avaiding an officer (Officer I didn't know you were back there...)
Passing with in an occupied lane (which mind you I DIDN'T DO...)
Changing lanes without the use of directional
Tag no visible from 50'

I think that was about it.

I got busted because I got off the highway and was sitting at a light waiting for the green I never knew they were back there.

I got off with a $115.00 ticket, turned out the cop was a Miami Hurricane fan and we started talking about the game I went to the night before. He (they) left me drive home.

Better know that you can get away without a legthy chase or the odds are against you. I pulled over and paid $550.00 for Wreckless endangerment for a little wheelie. Wasnt even speeding. Same place,cop, way and everything a bud of mine ran and the nearest exit point was 8 miles away and they had 4 cops waiting on him with a road block, he is in jail now serving a sentence.
KNOW THIS: if you cant get away dont run, its not worth the penalty!

I've been stupid a time here and there but only when I was able to be. otherwise it's getting chased by the cheif of police in an unmarked for 1.2 miles and THEN he turns on his lights and I immediately pull over.
all that time I though he may have been an enraged motorist.
And I ended up with a ticket.
