here's what it pulled and what I've done.
and I have the quiet series supertrapp muffler with twelve internal disks inplace and a hole cut in the spark arrestor for the O2 sensor on the dyno to go in (desperation and drunkeness at road america for the superbike double header while camping there too... :D).
there is also an "L" cut into the top of the air box and half the stock inlet is taped closed .
the a/f is at 2-1/4 turns out (after drilling out the cap) while the bike is at 950ft. above sea level with 50% humidity and a temp of 73F.
I drilled the air hole on the slide out to a 1/8" size hole and the needle has close to 1/16ths of an inch of washer spacing under the stock clip. {I need to get a micrometer...} ... and since I read off a mainly ran approx. 11:1 a/f I upped the washer spacing another washer out of my junk pile since the dyno and it woke up even more. :D Now I need to take off the tape and see if revs out a little higher in the rpms without any stuttering... (yeah I'm thinking of going to the 150 main just to try it too)
and I am running the standard 87 octane fuel with a basic ngk plug at 35 thousandths for a gap.
there is one more factor in all of it all and that's my 16t front sprocket which I am told has no real factor on overall output of hp but I would think it had an impact on where the power is placed on the graph with this 4th gear roll-on..... well anyways here it is
