I was messing around with the bike and saw this hanging from under the seat. I have know idea what it is or where it goes. My back seat still opens and latches. I have know idea.

nvm. I found out what this was and now i feel dumb. When the aftermarket exhaust was put in they never removed the exhaust adjust cables for the factory exhaust.
