The day the gntbldr was taken out by a pebble last May of 03?
I was practicing circles in an industrial parking lot and when I was at the point of knee draggin I hit an 1/8th" pebble while letting ever so slightly off of the throttle and down I went.... HAHAHAHA
OUT of NOWHERE my friend comes up to me and hands me a framed photo from a cheap ass disposable camera of that fun ass day and I thought I'd share it all with yous. :D

My front is where I love the 208. I do all my stoppies on them and I have never broke loose unless it was really cold on smooth cement. I do not race or ride really hard and maybe thats where the diference is.

Its funny to me that they got really good reviews in the mags. I do know one person that likes em on his RC-51 and he is freckin scary fast. last time I saw him he showed me a fresh scar on the ankle where he highsided and came down and cut his ankle. Still had the blood on his footpeg. Anyway ive followed him on my better days and he would be backing it in and spinning it comming out. Funny he has said the same thing about the front that others have said. Oh well whatever works and makes you ride better,"right". I think youre right if youre mostly doing stunts then I can see where youre comming from but for blistering the twisties I think you would see a big difference when the rubber meets the road. My bros R1 never felt planted and he was always pushing the front. He tried a BT-10 and saw a much better improvement then tried the diablo corsas and hes stuck on the corsas now. I do know for sure that if you like to slide in the twisties then the 208 is youre tire. ive seen it first hand many times.

Ya, howd they do in the rain. I was in the rain for the first time on mine the other day and Ill have to say that it was a bit of a dissapointment cause i kept slidding even being very responcible. My old 10's did really well in the rain. I think the corsa being a track tire just cooled down and got slick.

truck....when i was up there before i got caught in the rain and i was still going pretty good. i left my buds like they were sitting still.....i guess they had shrivled ball syndrome :D of course i didn't ride as fast, but i was going at a pretty good clip and getting respectable leans. the rear started to slide some, so i pushed it a lil harder, but when they both started to slide, i eased up a bit. i was really trying to find out how much i could get away with and concentrate on being smooth.......and i was not disappointed :D :D
