Alright I took my bike to my honda dealer to get speedo changed because I got a letter from honda saying all 1000rr's speedos needed to be changed. So, later that night my dad was at the bar talking to the mechanic. He told him that the fairing was crack. They never told me about a cracked fairing. My bike has never been down or even close to being down. It makes it kinda suspicious that they didn't tell me my fairing is cracked. I mean the guy had to have a couple in him before he told my dad. What can I do? I kinda think they might have had something to do with it since they didn't tell me.

Well lets see; go get in his face and tell him that HE DAMAGED YOURE BIKE AND IS GONNA FIX IT and if that doesnt work send him a certified letter telling him that he damaged youre bike describing in detail the events and dates and times. Make sure to send it to where he has to sigh for it. Give him thirty days to fix the bike or you will take him to civil court. That should be enough. Also make sure that if you have to send the letter then report him to the better buisness buerau as well. If he still didnt fix it then id take him to civil, you more than likely will win.

The BBB isnt shit and never will be anything but a waste of time for the consumer. I would talk to your service writer and go up from there to the GM if you have to. If the GM refuses to help you nothing will get there attention faster than you and a couple of your boys standing on the sidewalk on saturday afternoons for a couple of weekends with signs saying how sorry they are.

first off if you walk in there and act like a asshole demanding shit they will tell you to go fuck your self..walk in and tell them that there mechanic had a few drinks and told your pops about the crack and that the crack wasent there when you dropped off the bike and what there gonna do to fix the problem..

the crack goes down from the right blinker about 3 inchs
