Yes max of ten,ride your own pace. Bike of choice seems to be the BMW 1150GS,a dual purpose ride. High HP has no advatage cuz the average speed in the Alps is only 20-40 MPH,thats how twisty it is. My research shows there is no other roads in the US that compare. You have not seen a hairpin untill you see one in the Alps They do not grade the roads,they are paved as the land lies. I was told that 60% of the switchbacks are decreasing radius :eek: Full report in July :) JS

I've done afew of what you say :
one set at Sandia Crest in N.M.
and Oak Creek Canyon in A.Z.
both of which were decreasers and well worth the travel to get to just to feel so small. :D
