: F%(#ING Speeding Tickets.........
FLIP954RR 01-26-2004, 06:40 PM well today I just got back from seeing the wanna-be judge in traffic court today for my speeding ticket from last year-78 in a 45. I was one of the last ones to be called and most of the people that went up in front of the judge, were guilty, even though they brought witnesses and all that other shiet. Plus one thing that didnt help me out was the freaking PIG BASTARD that pulled me over showed up!!! mind you,all the persons that was waiting to see the judge,ALL were pulled over by HIM!! aint that some shiet!!!!!!!!!! :x So now i got to pay this ridiculous fine of $255,the lawyer I hired, couldnt do anything, cuz the cop had a good explanation of everything, but the lawyer got it down to 4 points instead of 6 goin into my license.
Here's the annoying part,I didnt know till today,i have 12 muthafuckin points in my license, I know someone at an insurance place that can hook me up with the defensive driving course,so that could help me out a little bit with my points, i think its up to 4 points that thing takes off. Do any of you guys, know anyone in the NYC DMV that could help me out with the points in my license??? or some computer hacker??hahhaha thanks guys, any help would be appreciated
Da999TestastrettaStuna 01-26-2004, 06:45 PM I can't help you out with points, but if you get raped on auto insurance, I got a guy who can get you the best deal in town.
Also, If you get raped on bike insurance, email me at Turbo329@msn.com
I'll see what I can do.
I had 8 points on my license last year and only paid $350 for liability and $1,200 for theft.
FLIP954RR 01-26-2004, 06:48 PM Thanks Turbo,i might need that help with the insurance if anything ill keep that in mind!! :D
Da1000RRStuna 01-26-2004, 07:37 PM let me guess..hwy 3 motha fucka got you?
45mph? where were you?
FLIP954RR 01-26-2004, 07:41 PM BQE some fat pig bastard caught me supposedly with his radar :x :x :x
fukinnuts 01-26-2004, 07:57 PM Dude that sucks. Its all bullshit. Tickets are just another way the state can squeeze some more money out of you. The states and insurance companies are partners in crime, you pay the fine, then you pay your insurance company.
Next time you get a ticket you may want to give this a try.

Anonymous 01-26-2004, 08:28 PM Doesn't anybody run anymore :! :finger: :police:
I dont know about in NY but here in NC the only ones to come after you are highway. City and county dont even bother and if they do If you take off they gereraly stop persuit.
Word of advice ,"Dont run from the new camaros". There freckin fast :!: A friend of mine that has a gixxer 600 ran from one on the interstate and thought he had gotten away when he looked to his left only to see the camaro right there. He went to jail, they wrote him for 158mph. If you do run from one do it in the twistys. :!:
May the force be with you. :yoda:
Da1000RRStuna 01-26-2004, 08:41 PM I run..the NYPD ,HWY potral and the NY State Trooper even the Camaro have nothing for us,the roads/highways have way tomany fast sweepers..these cops dont have the skill or balls to hold it open at them speeds..they try but with in seconds there smoked..
Flip!!! can I get a AMEN brotha!!
Anonymous 01-26-2004, 10:25 PM Tickets do suck.... I am riding with only two points available... I have to slow down this summer but then again I am getting a truck and towing my bike everywhere anyway....
FLIP954RR 01-26-2004, 11:10 PM I couldnt run,i was in my car!! :x if i was on my bike,then its a different story!!!!!!
Anonymous 01-27-2004, 12:08 AM I couldnt run,i was in my car!! :x if i was on my bike, then its a different story!!!!!!
Thats what I was driving when I got fuked too.
gntbldr 01-27-2004, 12:52 AM in a vehicle you don't speed. on a bike it's up to you.
Your life is at hand (both senses of it)
I have run. it was worth it. after a stop only 1 mile fromn depature I had a 35 second lead, at least, and as a good friend of mine has mentioned to me and all. Know your routes and haver a way out.
the adrenaline is addictive though so be carefull.
p.s. if and when you run and you panic for far less than a fraction of a second you more than likely will be taking a dirt nap, be busted up, and more than possibly be busted.
Butter Bean 01-27-2004, 11:39 AM Fellas, I know that speeding tickets and insurance payments are always a pain in the ass. And the abliity of these bikes are far beyond the ability of a police car which tends to make people think it's easy to avoid a ticket by running.
I've seen the ugly side of what happens when people run. Whatever you do just be careful out there.
Truck 01-27-2004, 09:57 PM My moto is if you cant get away quickly and have a escape route Instantly in head,"do it". My brother ran from highway in his 5.0 mustang and got away only to have the troper knocking on his door the next morning. Said he took his camera and blew up the picture until he could make out his tag. :!:
I say pick and choose youre battles weisly. If you can rub :police: nose in :shithappens: then by all means do it :!: If not then take youre medicine. :(
gntbldr 01-27-2004, 10:15 PM all my evasions have been either from head to head or from a perpindicular stance....... if at allthey were ever head to my ass I would stop immediately unless otherwise noted..hahaha
fuck... I have goten away on a damned kanatuna that won't go over 100mph now. of course many variables were inside of that equation (thank yu Mr. trucker and off ramp being where a blindspot was. :bye:
Anonymous 01-28-2004, 05:19 PM I started to run once and chickened out at the last minuite. The cop said he saw me start to run and was about two seconds away from calling it in and I stopped. He was cool and let me go. He did say that his radar had me at 126 before I backed off.
Here in Colorado it is a felony to run on the bike and if I ditch the bike and run on foot thats another felony. If you used your bike, car etc in a felony it is eligible for forefiture wich means that you just helped pay for a new cop car or someshit like that.
Truck 01-28-2004, 06:36 PM :eek:That will definatly put the brakes on :!:
nelsonrick 01-28-2004, 06:51 PM My buddy ran from the cops in Washington in a Civic (not unlike the one I had stolen from me)
He crushed them but and they had no way of proving it was his license number. He hid in the hills for awhile but then came down. He stopped to gas up and the cop (going home off duty) happpened to pull in for a doghnut...
The cop pulls his gun and starts screaming. My friend was acting like he had no idea what thne cop was talking about and the guy maced him and then they proceeded to kick the shit out him.
They convicted him of FELONY ELUDE and Recckelss driving as well as reckless endangerment.
The bill was 8,000 and 11 days in jail with 400 hours of community service. He had a hell of a time getting a job so became a DJ and was doing pretty good.
Last Aug he was a passenger in a 2004 Sentra and the girl driver flipped in a field at 65 MPH. He didn't have his seat belt on and went out the window killing him.
She blew a .21 BAC
FLIP954RR 01-28-2004, 07:44 PM DAMN,sorry to hear bout your friend Nelson, may he RIP!
gntbldr 01-28-2004, 10:25 PM heavy shit bro.
