This may sound amature but I've just graduated from the 600cc's and got myself a kick ass 03 954. Having trouble graspin the whole clutchin thing....any advice to help me with this??????? :?

you only need to clutch wheelies if you want to do them slow. otherwise you can throttle this bitch up in 2nd all day by blipping the throttle. accelerate up to about 7 grand and roll off and roll back on with a slight tug on the bars and she should come up no problem. be careful in 1st, you can do power wheelies, but it is a whole lot touchier and you will end up on your ass in a hurry. practice practice and practice and take it slow.

Dont even think of clutchin 1st :!: At least until you get used to the power. 2nd is the gear for sure, the bike will come up pulling power wheelies or clutchin. I dont do the clutch only power, someone else will have to help you with that. :wink:
Jimmy is right 1st will hurt you if you arent carefull.
