were can i get a decent bike for the track (that can also run on the street once in a while) for 4000 or less doesnt have to be all that fast just a sporty riding position like a cbr

Look in the local paper, or try e-bay. Might try the local bike shops too. This may not be the information you were looking for but its the best that I can do. :wink:
