Anyone try Repsol Yet? I just put it in my interceptor lastnight. Its really frickin light (by that I mean weight) Just wondering if anyone put in a CBR yet? Guys at the shop swear by it but that could be because of its $6.50 per quart price.

20/50 Mobil One Vtwin motorcycle oil. The best addative package on the market. Pricey as hell. But so was your bike!

peoples thoughts and opinions on oil are not unlike assholes....everyone has one. You will hear all sorts of theories, opinions, rationalizations, whatever... Get what works for you and your wallet. I use honda pro oil and it runs me 12 bucks for an oil change worth and i've never had any sort of problem. :)
If you find you need to drop 35 bucks on oil for a change, by all means have fun, whatever works for you! :D

The guy I got my info from is an engineer that works for a Co. that's job is to test and compare all motor oils. Mostly for bigger diesel motors, but they test them all. He will also take samples from your bike and diagnose if you want to send him a sample. I will try to find a link. He's been doing this for over twenty years. He also says that motorcycle oils have a much better addative package with higher contents of Zinc, etc. which help protect your motor, and that most motorcycle oils, Motul, etc are very good.
But as was said, we all got an asshole!!!!

Well, I would have to answer that by saying that a Rebel works without problem as well. that does not make it the best however, and by no means does that mean it will perform as well.
