hahahahahahaha Yup... Tell the guy to hold the button down half way and then the rest when you are right there... then the camera doesn't have to try and focus all at once. :wink: Mine has a little green ligh that comes on when I do that and it's only a 1.3 megapixel

If you got my other post I told how my brother ran in his 5.0 mustang and got away only to have the trooper to show up the next morning with a warrent. He said that he took the camcorder blew up the picture and got his tag.
My brother said the trooper never got more than eye sight of him.

My 35mm cam is automatic or fully manual. With a fast shutter speed setting i can take a pic that would make you look like you were standing still, even at 180mph. Even my little Sony Digital camera (DSC-V1) has a 1000th of a second shutter speed setting to achieve this.

Good thing my girl was a photography major! :D

Let me know when you're gonna be on the track again Stunna. I'm gonna do some trackdays this year and maybe go through the penguin school and get an ama license, but i'd be happy hangin out and takin pics either way :)

My gf's cams are still all 35mm film cams, but shes got a couple different ones and different lenses and the whole 9 yards...I got the sony as a compact high res point and shoot that among other things can be tossed in my 954's trunk for trips :)

I'm looking in to getting her the pentax digital SLR (1700 bucks 6 megapix) in which her several lenses are compatable already from her 35 mil. thats the next purchase for her :)

(i would have liked to go canon myself, but pentax cams use a K mount and with all shes got it's more convenient, cheaper, and beneficial to get the pentax digital SLR, for her)

Thats a good way to go since you wont need to buy new lenses but let me tell you 6.3 megapixel is the shit so you will love 6.
I dont like sony simply because they use propriotary media and the rebel uses Compact Flash and its alot cheaper and more versatile then the memory sticks.

I am running a 32x write speed 1gb complact flash in my rebel. 287 pictures on the card at full size plus the batery lasts for abouot 500 pictures and recharges in about 30 min...

My wife bought me a HP photosmart 733 3.2 MP for christmas, I love her but I wish she would leave such purchases up to me. It does ok I guess Im no photo major.
On a 1 to 10 scale where does this one fall. :roll:
