Wassup guys ......As you can tell I am a newbie to the board .....but not motorcycling.....I am 35 and from NYC......I just bought a 04 cbr 1000rr in all black......after selling my tricked out ZX-12...amd I still have a sweet 93 Zx-11c...Although I am new to this board ....I am by no means new to the boards...I am still a Moderator over at www.zx-12r.org.......I was considered by my friends and family as Mr Kawasaki......and in many years and bikes...this is my 1st Honda......
Anyway .....Just stopping in and saying....Wassup....

1st off I will admitt there are times I miss my 12.........who wouldn't......(See attached pic)
it is a world of difference between the 2 machines let alone the 2 manufacturers.......1st off the weight ....it feels like a 170lb gorrilla got off of my passenger pillion.........the handling is incredible......it is breath taking in the twisties....(mind you I had rear ohlins and race tech front and a scotts dampner on my 12)........Power is definitely more linear .....I love the fit and finish ....as well as the lack of deisel engine that kawasaki is so well known for.....My best friend (who also has a 12) bough a ZX-10 and we swap bikes all the time.......But More on that later......
As for ZX-12r.org. Because of that bike I met some of the best people this country has to offer....I am still a member there and We have rallies all the time in different parts of the country....... Some of you guys should come .....That way I ain't the only Honda around....... :D :D :D :D
