damn it, it was a beautiful morning at about 6:50am in Sydney this morning, i was only 300 metres from work.....

i jumped on the brakes a bit too hard, hit a patch of gravel, front disk locked.... :(

the bike was sliding fine until it hit the round about... bent the frame slider... and shiiit... tore the engine cover off, shredding the fairing (everyfu*kin where!!- back, front, sides underneath ontop upside down lol) :(

BUT, i guess, put it down to experience, luckily i came away with only bad bruises, thank god for good gear.

Take care all.

Bikes are easier to replace than skin, good to hear you were not hurt too badly.

Get well soon bro, I went down in Mass last Sunday. Hit a patch of sand and smashed the entire upper fairing, lights, gauges, everything. The good news is that I survived with bruised ribs only. Thank God for martial arts, LOL tuck and roll. LOL.
