Me and my woman spent the whole day cleaning this new house we got right? We only got the kitchen done.... this guy was married like 6 years ago, but his wife divorced him... it's no god damn wonder looking at the place... this guy had phone books from 1989 that you couldn't open cause they were covered with spiderwebs....

Looks like the guy had a fucking party and trashed the place right before he moved out, and he must have invited spiderman too cause there are spiderwebs everywhere!
But with a lil TLC this place will look brand new.... or maybe like it was brand new in 1981 when it was built?

So if you guys don't hear anything from me for a few days, I'm still moving in and haven't got cable internet yet (fuck dialup) or I'm stuck in a huge ass spiderweb!

Friction- in real estate, if the seller trashes the house before you take posession of it, and it is not in the same condition as when you viewed it, you can take legal action.

I would take pictures of all of the stuff that is now fucked up, that wasn't when you walked through. I would then talk to your agent or someone with knoweldge.

I am looking now and our realtor told us that this happens on a few houses.

I mean hell you dropped some serious cash on the place, might as well get what you can.

As for the old phone books, you didn't stipulate that the owner has to remove all items in the contract? If so you can collect on cash for that too..

I would investigate..

eh, fuck it... me and my boy dragged damn near everything out of the place yesterday, and we took it to his dad's farm and broke most the stuff, then set it all on fire, with beer in hand :D
We destroyed alot of fun stuff, 3 floor fans, a microwave, LOTS OF GLASS (bottles, old windows).... it was worth cleaning it all up to break it

The place is looking nicer already, my girl really did an amazing job cleaning all the spiderwebs out!
