From what I have heasrd it will not be released on time. Here is why I think so.

Honda has not released the price yet.
Honda is not even taking orders yet.
Honda doesn't even have a floor moddel for customer to sit on at the show
This is the same crap from the 600RR

We will keep our fingers crossed and hopefully Honda will be ready in time for the start of the season.

Doesn't matter, I'm waiting 'til the end of the year to grab the closeout deals and to see if they make any major changes for '05.

me getting one depends on my bud coming up with some cash to buy mine. the later the better. doesn't matter to me when i get one. but i hope Honda doesn't do like they did with the 600RR. seems like they are "gettin to big for their britches", as mah grandpappy used to say

You would think after suffering bad sales compared to the R6 last year due to delayed release they would be certain to get it right this year. Well i've heard rumors that the late feb release date was postponed and pushed back to late march/early april. But then, it is a "rumor", so who knows.

They were late with the 600rr and they will be late with the 1000rr

To me it doesn't matter for the 1000RR since it's not going to change but the 600RR would be nice, since I am debating on picking one up depending on what I see...

Gonna hang on to my 1000RR until the NEXT 1000RR or see if the 800cc limitation at all trickles down and affects the retail side of things...

But definately would like to replace my STOLEN 600RR
