Before we help you, you should post a pic of yourself. :D

My suggestion would be to get an SV650S with the side fairings if you don't like the naked look. It's got plenty of power and is easy to ride because the power is accessible at the low end of the rev range.

If you want to go a little bigger, try the cbr600rr but make sure you install crash cages until you get comfortable as to avoid damaging the bike in the event of a slow speed tip over. But I think you should get the SV. They hold their value pretty good and they are pretty much all purpose bikes. Budget racing, commuting, etc.

don't count out a Honda 600 F4 or F4i. those are great starter bikes. How tall are you? Is seat height a factor? you gotta sit on a few and get a feel for the weight and seat height etc. etc...good luck

For a first bike, if i had to do it again, i would go and get the kawai 636. That is a great first bike. But the best thing to do, is go around to the dealerships ans sit on some of the bikes. see which one you fit best on.

If you like the way Joe's bike looks then you should definately get the CBR600RR.

u dont look like a dork on any scooter. Basically all the big for names are good. Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki.Yamaha. Its really up to and what you like the best. But go with a 600 first, please dont get anything bigger then that. No one wants to see you get hurt. :wink:
