I normally rebuild the motor first; for more power. This time I took a slightly different tack. Top speed is governed by frontal area and horsepower. I took off the mirrors and signals and reflectors etc. to reduce the frontal area.

Acceleration is governed by weight per horsepower. One full titanium system later and 20 lbs. lighter. Mag wheels and 20 lbs. lighter. If I started at 405 lbs. dry weight; now I'm at 365 lbs. dry weight. And if I started at 140 rwhp; the full system claims 10 hp; so I should be at 150 rwhp and 365 lbs. dry weight. All I know is that the CBR1000rr will scare the bejesus out of you.

The next project is to shave the heads and add HRC high compression pistons. They claim it will up it to 185 rwhp. The hurrier I go; the scarder I get!

:P

if you want most power for bang for buck. dont go full system and pc3usb. those two mods plus a custom tune get you 15hp tops for 2k

now if you want more power for top end SPRAY IT!!!!!!!!!! for the 500 bucks you can get 35hp or more depending on the jetting

Quik, I understan the concept of a pc3usb, but not sure what you mean by "Spray it!" Thanks :D its nitrous. spray is what happens. its a form of gas that is discharged into the intake

Oh, OK :? I just never heard anybody refer to NOS as "spraying it", but it makes sense. Who knows, I might actually learn some gear head stuff from this site

yup like whatever pound bottle is the number infront of the spray...

from the nos kit you install that injects nitrous oxide into you cylinders along with the a/f... hehehehe

fuck that shieat. I'm going to turbo the klr and fuck some shit up.
then fix it and see if I can fuck anythiong else up..
then maybe have to fix something else and afterwards waste some sportbike not only on the strip but on the twisties as well...

look out all you guys! :P
