Equally important, is this a good slip-on?

The research I've done in these forums tells me I should stick with the Akrapovic, but it's a lot more $$...

Thoughts.....?

The Micron is a nice pipe. Fit and finish is great as there are no rivits holding the end caps to the can. They have a mild deep tone that is not too loud. You wont see significant power gains from any bolt on or slip on so you should go with what you think looks best and sounds best for the money.

I am running the Micron Bolt on and I love it.... Ackropovic is nice but I think the Micron sounds and looks better...... It is cheaper yes but when you look at the real numbers you wont see anything that makes it worth spending the extra money for either the bolt on or the full system fro Ackropovic..... I think the Micron Serpent has beter numbers that the Ackropovic system anyway but I am not sure on that......

Have the Micron bolt on (Red/Black fading can) on my 954 only bad comment is that it faded. Seen alot of other with NO fading so maybe just my luck. Micron suppose to be making good for it too.

Just ordered the Serpent/Micron Sys for my 1Krr today. 3 days and I should have it. :D

well the pipe may be a good deal but lookin at the guys feedback i would tend to say no ebay is a fantastic place to find stuff but becareful lotta rip-offs out there too

If you look at most of the feedback its time related with buyers not understanding what business days mean. There are alot of dim people out there. BTW I also have a micron slip on in all black,best can out there if you ask me.
