WTF?! I had my main harness replaced about 2 months ago and I'm starting to blow headlight fuses again. Anyone else have any electrical problems with the 954's
I swear this thing is the biggest piece of shit I ever owned (electrically).
The other night I was riding with a pack of about5-6 people and I had to let down a wheelie pretty rough and the headlight fuse popped. I replaced it and the next hard let down from a wheelie... popped again.
Tonight, after work, I was rolling out a stand-up and set it down coming up on traffic, the fuse headlight went off. When I went to change the fuse, the fuse was intact. I have no power to the headlight wires, none!
I have checked every inch of the harness to see if there was a pinch anywhere, nothing.
Is there ANYBODY who has experienced any electrical probs w/ their 954?
So far, the water pump went, the main harness fried, the steering headset is still fucked up from the factory directed mod, and the engine case is cracked below the head! What a testament to Honda quality!
(Thank God I still have the extended warranty.) 28,000 miles on her now!
