I could tell the LED remote key thing, was going to get scratched up so I put the extra padded sticker that came w/ my tank pad around the ignition, but that left the big ass center nut on the triple clamp, I tried a few different things trying to figure out how/what to glue... took a handball cut it in half & it snugs right on no glue nothing. only once has it popped off, I just stuck the other half on. It might be kinda gay having a blue ball sitting there, but I haven't found anything better, except a dampener maybe that would take care of it.
I am happy though, it really gives you peace of mind. I don't get anxious leaving it out of sight...

Just an idea medic, but put some Velcro on the triple and its counterpart on the back of the alarm thingy. That would keep the thingy from dancing around on ya.

damn you guys are smart, that extra piece of Velcro that came with the alarm might be just right for that...
I vaguely remember thinking it might work for that, but I dismissed it cause you couldnt get the battery out, but that would be easy, just cut it into two pieces.
I can feel myself getting dumber everyday, all this medical crap has filled my brain. But I can still remember: honeycomb big, yea yea yea, its not small, no no no

Yea I fly, mostly fixed wing, but yea most of our heli-pads are fenced. I go on the longer flights, usually in something like this
