$775 for the kit.

It's switch activated. It sprays whenever you are at full throttle. When you turn off the switch, it goes back to normal.

I'm calling up radiator shops to see who can weld the nipple to my fuel tank. I may just send the bike out again.

:D

Sure. Go ahead and believe all those myths. People only blow up their motors when they get greedy with HP or when they try to install shit themselves instead of hiring highly trained professionals.

just like with your bike... if you have the $ to blow and it's something you Want , have at it.
still sounds like fun though.
and before the other replies start up with this... I'll start it.

You better post up some pics! it'd be cool to take a gander at it all.
And what the results were.
I'm going to turbo my klr650 this winter and I betcha I'd fuck you up on that thing in the twisties. can't hang with the big dogs in the straights when top speed is only 110 mph.

Where is the guy at in Michigan, I might know him. My bud was into mud racing real heavy, (now his sons mud race) he puts nitrous on everything. He even has nitrous on a modified lawn tractor.

ok i lied. one more comment.... adding nitrous to your bike wont make nearly as much improvement than if you spent a little more than that on a weekend 2 or 3 day riding school, like kevin shwantz' school or something. I say who gives a flying fuck if you can or can't smoke anyone on this board or any on a highway, spend it on some good training, and not only will you become a better rider, but you will in turn become much faster overall.</2cents>

General,

most of our roads have been repaved. And Carbon Fiber rims cracking is a popular misconception. Those rims hold up more than cast aluminum that comes with most stock bikes.

Aluminum bends, and most likely, if you hit a pothole on an aluminum rim, it will bend. Maybe not much, but it will bend. With a Carbon rim, it will not bend. It would take several tons of pressure to break a carbon rim.

Now magnesium on the other hand is a different story. Magnesium will crack like an egg. Carbon is the way to go.

And if you're thinking: "how come they don't allow carbon rims in racing?" They don't allow carbon rims in racing because the wheels don't bend. Wheels have to bend under load to be approved for racing. I can find you more info on wheel standards if you're interested.

I might be going back to the track on Oct.1st.

Me and nycs1000 are planning to go to Freddie Spencer's school in Nov.

good luck with the kit. buddy of mine did a sneaky pete setup from a car on his 929. it made a large improvement on his times. his was a 35 dry shot. bottle was small enough to fit in his trunk. he probably did about 100 full passes this year and nothing wrong with teh motor because of it. Nitrous on a motor can harm it severly if ppl get greedy and up the shots. to much timing and bang, poorly tuned with spray bang if done right you wont have any problems

This is exactly what I have been told. The bike will be fine. I'm having it professionally installed.

Also, the stock flywheel on my bike is near 5lbs. I'm installing a flywheel that is 10oz.

Can anyone say WHEELIE!!!!!!!!

I won't be greedy with the shots. A 35 shot will put me around 175rwhp. Plenty power to spank the new inline fours. And a great handling package to top it off because my power delivery won't be effected as if I was throwing on a turbo.

I thought about spraying my 1kRR for the 1320 but not yet. i still watn the biek to be streetable not all out racer. when you strap/lower/stretch you lose your most of your bikes abilty so i dont want to do that but if i could find a wrecked 1kRR trust me in a hurry it would be al lraced out and would have a fogger system

I won't have the problem with the power coming on so abruptly because I'm having a controller installed that will control the amount of N2O being sprayed.

hahahaha. Gotta think these things through. To much money at stake. Power is nothing without control.

Trust me. This bike will be perfect.
