Number of physicians in the US: 700,000.

Accidental deaths caused by physicians per year: 120,000.

Accidental deaths per physician.... 0.171 (U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services).

Number of gun owners in the US: 80,000,000.

Number of accidental gun deaths per year (all age groups) 1,500.

Accidental deaths per gun owner: 0.0000188.

STATISTICALLY; doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gunowners.

FACT: Not everyone has a gun, but "everyone has at least one Doctor." Please alert your friends to this alarming threat. We must ban doctors before this gets out of hand.

REMEMBER: Guns don't kill people, doctors do!

I had a gun control talk w/ a *&%$@ nurse (it is always appropriate to curse before saying nurse, unless it is a guy, then you can be nice & say "male nurse" or "fag nurse")
I started yelling to remove all duct tape, rope, knives, bricks... off the shelves stating how
these objects have killed millions, I then started describing some of the things these objects, can do.
These fucking people throw these Stats @ us, # of kids/people killed by guns. How many of those are:
Suicides, a jackass that puts a bullet through his head is pretty serious about dying, dont you think he might find another way
murderer, this jackass is so pissed I bet he could find another way
accidental- this jackass or the parental jackass is to dumb to be wondering around- natural selection
self defense killed the jackass- good job
Take those out of your damn Stats & lets look at what we have

Gnt nice info. Flight I totally agree with you. I bet your an NRA member. The gun control issue is only going to get worse if Kerry gets into office. That is one good thing about Bush and probably the biggest reason I'm going to vote for him.

I'll say this, (Although abrasive) I don't trust any motherfucker in the political arena when it comes to gun control. I believe this is the beginning of martial law. The Government is taking away our rights, one at a time and blaming it on security. They try to scare us with terrorist this and terrorist that and are successfully taking our rights. I certainly don't think that the NRA has done much to promote the right image for gun owners. Keep our guns, and when it's time to turn em in... FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT the system!!! Americans are becoming a big pack of complacent subjects. Sad but true... :x :x

i think it was dave chapelle that was talkin about bullet control instead of gun control.

talking about pricing bullets out of this world to cut down on drive by's, or at least making people better shots.......funny stuff.

they take our guns, we'll lose our freedom..plain and simple. i believe that's one of the ways Hitler took over germany. they couldn't fight back. they won't take mine that's for sure

speaking of dumbasses and guns. about two weeks ago some goober in a small town about twenty miles from here decides that hes tired of living. I didn't get the whole story so I don't kow why but he decided it was time to check out. well he shoots himself in the temple with a .22 cal handgun, guess that should do it right...Wrong. He manages to angle the gun in a manner which causes the bullet to pass through his eyes instead of into his brain. So now he's a blind dumbass. He then shoots himself in the chest and manages to is hit his liver or something unimportant so he didn't die. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. So now blinded from the shot to the head and two in his liver or whatever he hit he went take a nap. His wife later found him and called the po po thinking that he was beaten up. He was still alive when the ems and police arrived and the last i heard of it he did not die.. What a fuckup!

I cant take credit for that one, a buddy gave me a hard copy of it when I worked in NY.
Said self-inflected GSW w/ shotgun, but I dont see the pellets so I dont know
I have been trying to find my old ones, had one I did work, looked worse blew his =whole face off, eyes tongue everything, completely nero-intact (no brain damage)
used 6shot in 12ga, pellets everywhere you could see 'em between the scalp & skull
I heard he later succeeded.
I lost my hard drive last year, had a lot of good pics, I will try to track them down

Flight, first of all that picture..... I don't even know what to say. Wow! I knew you were an NRA member. Anybody that is passionate enough about guns normally is. Myself included I'm a lifetime member. Yeah the NRA might not always say the right things, but damn without them there probably wouldn't even be a 2nd amendment. 80 million gun owners, probably way more than that by now and what 2 to 3 million NRA members. Something is wrong with that picture. A one year membership is $35. That's nothing when it comes to somebody representing us. Thank God for them!!!!!

I have rolled up on a few botched suicide attempts. Never good, but the person always ends up worse off than they started.

I want to go to them and say- Here's Your Sign
