I'm torn...should I buy the all red 2005 1000rr or the repsol and should i get rid of the rc51?

sup, moyboy, yes, sell the 51, and get the 05 GSXR-1000, oh they dont make a red one, ok get the red 1000rr. weeeeeeeee

if you can afford it and have interest in racing, track days, keep the 51 for that and get yourself a 1000rr.

Unfortunately i think the repsols are gonna be more popular than most others...i say get red, or as mentioned, silver.

Bottom line...get what makes you happy :)

A lot of people are gonna try to get the repsol, go for the titanium color. that color looks awesome. If you could, keep the rc51 for a track bike. That'd be be one hell of a bike to have for the track, having that track bike can be pricy though. Here's some real advice. Life is too short and you can't take it with you. Get the 1000rr and ride to your hearts content. :twisted:

I'm with what most of the others say. When it comes down to colors on the same model, go with your own personal preference and if you can't decide then flip a coin.

moyboy, dont let the salesman or anyone tell you to geta leftover 04, you wont save that much$$ and when you buy it, its already a year old with 0 miles, you will find out the hard way when its time to sell. weeeee

Go with which one you like the most. If you like the repsol better get on it my dealer i got one of the last ones... As for not daily riding on the street. why not!!! its a same 1k with a few more stickers

You should not let anyone influence you opinion on what you want. The Repsol is always going to be easier to sell just because it will be limited edition,each dealer will get two. Red is my favorite color, but I like the Repsol just because Valentino Rossi rode it and i'm a big fan even though he went to yamaha. I had a 1998 R1 at one time Though I went to the New CBR because of the ride-ability on the street the R1 had too short of a swing-arm and pulled the front I thought stability would be a better factor on the street since it's not a controlled surface like a track.. :!:

Thats why i bought it i wanted to be different then others and i know it will resell a tiny little bit more then normal one. I like the titatium color also but repsol well i like flashy :P
