I really hate the ones where you start off traveling South and end up headed South, facing North in a south bound lane under your bike thinking "Aaw Shit"

the fast ones at 90+ i've got to were I can yank on it at 80 in third and ride
em for a while at about 90 to 95 mph. even got to where I can go around
some long turns on a wheelie.

I've still got stock gearing but when I re-gear it I think I will add about 2 to the
rear to make it easier to get up in third.

......140+ cresting the top of a hill, giving a lil more throttle at the top and up comes the front :D :eek: . it's especially cool when you do that it passing somebody :lol: 8)

and the throttle up's in second around 60 to 75 are nice too

Ive only had the 954 since december of last year so im still getting used to it. I bought it from a kid that wraped 1st and rolled it ontop of himself. Comming off of a old fzr600 this thin is a monster. I do like 2nd gear better but I dont like to clutch it so with a broken leg I like wrapping the throttle. The only thing about 2nd is how fast you are on the back tire, still gettin used to that. Any input is welcome here Im trying to learn this bike and havent had a lot of time on it.
I have done a good 1st and 2nd gear but thats about as good as I have done so far :!: :idea:

I like to slam the front end down and pop it up in 2-3rd and try to get to fifth... someday...

Yea I did my first one the other day it was way cool. On my old fizzer it just wouldnt do anything like that but on this thing its golden. came through a 35mph knee dragger and just after the apex rolled on and the front came up as im still goin through the turn," and out" straightened up and rode it to the next curve.
Maybee we will look into the 1000rr when I get used to this one if I ever do! :!: :D :D :D

You say that you yank on them :!: Are you standing or sitting? Are you clutchin or just a slap roll on ? :wink:

standing or sitting accelerating fast when I hit about 80 in third I just hammer it and give a jerk. My bike comes up smoother in third than second and the same for second smoother than first.

Ive got a good video camera now so when I get a tank mount for it I will put it in here.

Well be working on that one :!: trying to get that balance point just right with that mean throttle :D
