Recently I posted a need for a few minor body parts for my 1000rr. By-Tor offered up a pair of like new front turn signals at no charge except his costs(and now he tells me to donate that amount to the forum also) for shipping. He suggested that if I insisted on paying something, that I just make a donation to the forum funds bank. I did so but was unable to note in my contribution that it was on behalf of his generosity.
Thank you
By-Tor

So is the Harley collecting dust now that you have the 1000RR :lol:Taking turns with the Vrod, the Heritage is collecting the dust. Still struggling with the toe shift(couple of broken bones in left foot in youthful exuberance--found a heel shifter for V-rod, looking at other ideas for the 1000rr). I can shift it ok, but not with the quickness or smoothness of a heel shift. Looking at rear sets and electric shifters. Love the bike, but(let the ground war begin) I also think the Vrod is a great bike with a look to kill for. A more relaxing upright ride with still excellent performance. Probably would not want to ride the 1000 to Reno(250 miles), the Vrod would be marginal, so this is where the Heritage is in its element. Somewhat like having a blonde, brunette and a redhead and always having a tough choice to make.
