I believe the right side is thinner, so when it was threaded, it goes into the head.
Take out the bolt clean it and put locktite on it.

How is locktite going to seal a crack if there is one ? :?

I didn't say it was cracked. I said that the bolt goes right through, into the head. So, oil would be able to come through the threaded hole.
My bike does the same thing. It's a very small amount of oil that seeps out. I took out the bolt and put my frame slider on with locktite. It seems to have stopped the oil seepage.
If the heads cracked, obviously locktite isn't going to fix it. It needs a new head.

I remember on 954rr.com that this oil question had come up from many and it was something not to be worried over. :)
You can locktite it like fukkinnuts says or use some hi-temp teflon tape on the frame slider's bolt.
