I just finished watching my Daytona 200 tape and I'm thinking: those Hondas really were dominant. Everywhere on the Track. Only the Ducati could compete. The Suzukis had nothing for them. Mat won that because of his pit crew.
The CBR1000RR clearly was the dominant bike. It's really going to be a close season. Honda should have had at least one guy do the 3 pit strategy to keep the lap times up. I predict that the Winner of Infineon will be the Champion in 04. Whoever draws first blood at the first "real track" will carry that momentum all the way to the end of the season.
