okay, i'm at work, just pulled the 954 into the bay, and i'm trying to figure out how to get the clutch lever off.... i've taken the nut off the bottom of the screw, and the screw is finger tight now, ..... but it won't come up anymore..... what do i do?

go to www.ronayers.com and click on the microfiche find your bike and open the cable / switches section it shows the breakdown of the clutch lever.

I had the same problem with that bolt being stuck in there. I ended up using a large pair of pliers to move it up a little and then a screwdriver to pry it up the rest of the way and now use a regular bolt to hold the clutch lever on.

Theres a 8mm bolt on the underside of the clip on, remove it and then you can unplug the two connectors on the clutch lever, then rotate it over, so you expose the bottom of the bolt, honda seems to put them in there like none other, so just just something small and a hammer to whack it out, and BAM! you're done.
