I installed the Factory Pro short stacks on my 954 and they made quite a differance. I am happy but I wish they did not cost as much.... Be carefull when buying them from ebay.... Some people have just got cut down stock ones.

I am disappointed in mine, I lost some low-end, which I expected
but didnt gain anything on the top
I am actually pretty unhappy w/ the top, after all the shit I have done I am only able to match what I did w/ a slip on, normal stacks, no PC, flapper intact...
I will play w/ the 2 stacks on the dyno, when ever I get around to it
then we/I will know whats up with them for sure

So the full system you put on didn't give the gains you were looking for?

I thought a stock bike with some V stacks would gain a bit HP already ? so u have to use the stack along with a PC3 or exhaust ?

no not really, but what I intended to say was that its feels much better
even if the top isnt more, it feels a lot better from 5k (rpm) & up
below 5 is just dumb
the PC especially, I dont think it gave me anything, but it sure is much smoother, worth it even if that is all it does
hopefully a custom map will wake it up
I am surprised as to how few maps are floating around, I would like to try a few mean time

I was looking forward to being able to hear the intake, like I have heard people say... Nothing
I am tempted to take the short v-stacks off...

After all the mods i did I took my bike to Erion Racing... These guys have worked with 954 before... WOW after they dynoed and made a custom map for my bike it was like riding a hole new machine... From around 2800 RPM all the way to 12+ the bike pulls.. I was so very happy.

I think having a custom map made is the key, ever bike is a little different so using other peoples maps does not always work out well.
