Put on about 40 wet miles tonight on the thumper. Much to my surprise the pirelli mt21 knobbies had more traction than the rain tires I used to run on strict street bikes. And way more traction than the stock dunlops for the klr.

 :lmao: maybe it's because the 37rwhp can't spin them that well...LOL

It was about 54F and I went to this place called "Holy Hill" by me with mega rollercoaster roads to ride on. I often (when the roads are wet) put a foot down while riding to feel the slip and how slick it is to judge my riding style and the shit was SLICK! yet I didn't slide...
Boy that was fun.

Best of many worlds today Guys! I got to ride my friends 600rr And beat around on the thumper And ride in the rain (which I love).

I can't wait till all yall get to get out and tear shit up so yous'll have some shit to share too :D

Your right about that..If you ever look at the full on wetts used on road racing bikes for the wet, you'll notice that they look like ground down knobbies, but Very Soft..They displace lotsa Water..But, Oil on a track has no friends, I had great traction one wet race, till I hit someones oil..sliding I went..
