He called me a few days ago and told me that the bike is a total loss.

He's banged up and I think his wrist is broke. I wish he would log in and give a full report but I don't think he has internet at his mother's. Maybe Black1000RR can fill us in a bit more.

Just for you Dan I just called CTD. He said that he still hasn't been near a computer with internet connection. He's still pretty banged up and will be going to court in late August. He was happy to hear that you guys are asking about him though 8)
