It's EAST again. I'm riding FUSA on August 11th with this same club so let me know if you're interested By-Tor.

Nemisis, you should probably stick with Beginner as the beginner group with this club is pretty fast. The control riders start off slow and then let you guys go free by the afternoon.

Lots of fluids is a must. I'm hoping to lose about 5lbs. 8)
