-ride the bike for 10 mins.
-park on level ground. stands help.
-pull the lower right fairing. be gentle, take your time.
-remove the drainbolt in the oil pan using a 6pt 12mm socket.
if you got a new crush washer, chuck the old one. if not, save it.
-let her drain
-install the bolt and crush washer. if you've never done this before, torque it to spec w/ a torque wrench. undertighten and things get messy and expensive, overtorque and you've bought yourself a new oil pan. or at least a time-sert/helicoil and a date with the machine shop.
-remove oil filter. make sure o-ring comes with it.
-lube up o-ring on new filter. install hand tight. (contact + 7/8 turn)
-fill to top of sight glass. (if you dont have stands, have your buddy hold the bike upright)
-start engine, make sure oil press light goes out, let idle for 2-3 mins. shut down.
-spray down your header pipes with brake cleaner to keep that old oil from burning off and making lots of smoke. if you like smoke, ignore this.
-re-install lower right fairing.
-re-check oil level and add if necessary. fill to top line on sight glass (or higher if you like to stunt)

clean, adjust, and lube chain while you're at it. chain failures suck anus.

The 1KRR oil change is a brezze. Very simple. Just follow above directions and it should take no longer than 15 min.

Due to the fact that you actually had to ask for instructions how to change oil, makes me think that you probably dont own any tools and probably should not be using them anyway ?

i started with absolutely nothing when i got my first bike back in 99 and was afraid to even change my own oil. i didn't grow up doing engine/mechanical work and very LIMITED knowledge. now, on the other hand, i have more tools and parts than i ever dreamed i'd have or need and i do all my work and upgrades that i need done. point is, there's nothing wrong with asking the simplest of questions....so chill..... at least he wants to learn.
