only drove it about 8 miles so far, from the dealer to my house, and I like this lil bugger!

I can say this though, I've ridden the 03 600rr and this one is a Lot different. when it comes to it's stance, it's stability and definately it's power and delivery.
almost feels like I'm on a mini g1k.

I'm not able to use my tankbag since the tank cover is plastic so I can't take my camera to work. But my buddy at work has a brand new tankbag that straps secure instead of magnetism so soon enough I'll have many pics while out on the road.

ooohhhhh What I don't like about the bike:
the damned shifter. I've already adjusted it once and will lower it again on break.
The thing is, is that it's set up fairly decent for when the front is on the ground but when it's up in the air or during certain turns you aren't able to get a good bite at it for upshifting and at times it feels like you went up one but you didn't. You have to Dramatize your actions with it a bit.
Rearsets are Definately getting put on order tomorrow! gp shifting here I come :!: :!: :!:

imo Yes. by far. nut for the average rider they wouldn't notice the benefits that are gained from the handling and the powerplant.
