By-Tor 09-13-2005, 01:28 PM No excuses tomorrow, drag those knees all the way through those turns damn it!!!!!! :lol: I'm gonna give you a tip on foot position for turn in. (If you already do this then just ignore me :wink: ) When you're setting up for a turn, get your inside foot turned. You want your foot to be almost inline with the peg with your toes facing out. It should look like you turned your foot about 45 - 65 degrees outward. Get your toes on the tip of the peg and your heel up on the heel guard (that's what it's there for :wink: ) This will help you to rotate your thigh and knee outward. This helps you get more of your mass off center from the bike to keep it a bit more upright in the turn. I have hepled many riders by demonstrating on a parked bike. I showed Luvfender and my friend Dave this tip and I believe it has helped them with riding position. I showed my friend Gabe at our first trackday of this season and the next session he was dragging knee all over the track and carrying much more speed throught the turns. gntbldr 09-13-2005, 01:32 PM glad I did all that natrualy first time out... resus!
