cool. I even like it with the stock heat shields on there too.

I remounted the silver things because it looked really empty/cheap without them. The pipe is much louder than the stock but has a good sound to it. Nice and throaty...

Bike has a major dip in it around 2K rpm now, PC3R is a must with any pipe.

Oh yeah, I went with 2 bros only for the fact that it was EXTREMELY cheap. I would have picked a titanium or C/F pipe if I payed (which I might still do - any offers on this one?)

Pretty good weight savings. I'm sure the carbon or ti would have only saved you another pound or 2. Probably not worth the extra cost.


How much was the pipe and where did you get it?

A guy I know picked up a 1000RR to stunt and it had this pipe on it. He wanted it stock to avoid po-po attention so we traded - I did all labor and gave him my stock windscreen.

I need to see what I pay for Sato or Akra before I sell it. It does sound really good but I want something darker.
