lol.
After I scrolled down to the 2nd pic I said to myself: "Damn, he's about to tuck the front". Then Waddya know?! Down he goes.
By-Tor 09-23-2005, 09:00 AM In that 2nd pic, the front tire is off the ground and the brake is locked up.
Good thing he was wearing his gear
Is it wrong to be laughing like I am??????????
vt954 09-23-2005, 09:16 AM Is it wrong to be laughing like I am??????????
I hope not, because I am laughing too! I showed the guys at work, and they laughed too
By-Tor 09-23-2005, 09:23 AM hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!
That last pic gets me evry time
He was in there waaaay too hot. Look at the radius of the turn in the last pic
By-Tor 09-23-2005, 09:55 AM Yup, decreasing radius. If you ever see a professional photographer standing at a corner you better slow down. He wouldn't be there unless he knew the turn would make for some good action / drama shots
Maybe the rider was trying to get an elbow down for the camera  Just messin Turbo
Be he would have had a better chance of getting through if he didn't have such little ground clearance.
lol. And that shits a right hander too. There's no way I would've survived that turn. Absolutely no way. I would've binned it.
hahahahhahaha
By-Tor 09-23-2005, 10:28 AM hahahahaha!!!!! I hear ya
cbrjimmy1KRR 09-23-2005, 11:45 AM not to mention he's leaning the wrong way from the start.
he just wanted to test out his crash bars
the last pic .....leg up in the air....HAHAHAHAHAHAAA
HE coulda saved it....i think he gave up too soon  i hope that half helmet and loose open shirt saved him
gntbldr 09-23-2005, 06:06 PM nothing like a side bar lifting a front tire off the ground

C420sailor 09-23-2005, 06:32 PM haha yeah and he was on the brakes too. i love how the rear tire is blurred and the front you can see every last bit of tread :D
i always thought that harley riders only used the rear brake!
Harven 09-23-2005, 06:54 PM "Now he's just showing off" man.. I cracked the hell up... ahaha... Perfect comment before I looked at the picture... I also noticed his shirt... road rash for life! Half way leaned over them harleys are about 1/4 inch from rubbin somethin... they should learn one of these days...
Truck 09-25-2005, 07:35 PM I know that curve well. The crew from Killboy set up there and about three other ones all the time. That is a good knee draggin curve for sure or in Turbos case a elbow dragging curve
There is many of bikes slide off of the road on the other side right there due to showing off for the camera. 8)
Knucle01 09-25-2005, 09:00 PM hey, at least he waved
Big Daddy 09-26-2005, 06:54 AM I agree with cbrjimmy, I think he could have saved it if he had any balls.
bdlstyle
PHA954RR 09-26-2005, 10:48 AM if you look at the 2nd pic, he has the... "whoa sheeet" ...look.....
i think he is thinking, this just may leave a bruise or two....not to mention, the bike has crash bars, why didnt he just slide over on the top of it and rode it out like a surf board...lol.
it aint funny, but to see the bottom of his shoe in that last pic...gets me to giggling...
Big Daddy 09-26-2005, 02:33 PM Yes, That leg in the air cpuld possibly be motorcycle blooper of the year.Classic!!!
bdl

Truck 09-27-2005, 05:35 PM It probably took a wrecker to get that thing out of that raveene
Rocket guys can get about a half dozen or so to pull them out. This guys hosed
C420sailor 09-27-2005, 05:53 PM i love when harley riders eat it and then explain it to their friends.
"yeah, i knew i wasn't going to make the turn so i decided to lay it down"
like that's some kind of accepted maneuver. like that will make you stop faster. have to lay it down...what a joke.
