haha I was at NY motorcycle today,well in the back in my car talking to my boy that works there and I asked him about the zx-10,he said the oil light stays on for 3 minutes and thats how long it takes for the oil to get up into the motor,unless they rev the shit out of it and it gets up there a lil quicker :P and they are having problems with the starter motor locking up on a few of them ,he said something about it gettin hot as hell and my other boy said they are lookin at about 4 recalls on the junk of shit.. :D

Was debating getting a Kaw it was my second choice behind the RR. Glad i chose the honda.

the Honda is allways the best choice..everything about the bike is great,from the paint and finish to the HP and handling to the reliability..you cant go wrong with a Honda..

I know a mech that tore apart a kawi 636 that only had 600 miles on it and he said the guy that owned it was a beginer and was babying the crap out of it. It spun all the bearins droped a valve and a whole bunch of other things. I think id steer clear of the kawi for right now. 8)

I saw one of those new zx10s tonight what a beautiful looking bike, saw the 1000rr tonight also just a 600rr with a bigger motor. i love honda and love my 954 but honda really messed up on this bike honda is dead last in all performance numbers, maybe next generation they'll get their heads out of their ass's and give us the rc211v. bitches! :twisted:

I've seen all 4 of the new liter bikes, and none of them are anything short of amazing.

They're all pretty close, it just depends which brand you like.....

RZ with all the shit I been hearing about the zx10 and the R1 at the R1 forum about motors blowning up with low miles..now you tell me..what bike would you feel more comfortable on at 170mph?.the Honda by far..picture that zx10 motor blowing a rod and oil gettin all over your rear tire!!! the R1 aint no better..
we dont have to believe the 1000rr is faster..but we do believe it is fast enough and wont blow up :wink: go spend 11g's and worry about the motor taking a dump :D
anyway it aint the bike thats fast!! its the man riding it!!
ill take a 1000rr or a gixxer 1000 over a zx10 and R1 anyday..

I have a deposit on one but they're not in Canada yet. But it's no biggie, the streets are still full of crap and besides i'm keeping the 929 so it's not like i'm bikeless.

I cant smoke crack cause it would get in the way of my motorcycle habit :D
