lets get some sizing for different helmets going. i know around 80% of the guys/gals that call me ask what size helmet they should get. lets get some measurements on your head first.

1-measure around your head above your ears

2-measure around your head around your cheeks

3-measure from the front of your forehead to the very rear of your head
(a ruler would work fine for this)

4-measure the width of your head

5-measure from the base of your chin to the top of your head.

once you have your measurements, describe what helmets you have had recently.

here are the measurements for myself:

1-23 inches
2-22 inches
3-8 inches
4-6 inches
5-10 inches

i currently have a shark RSR2 in a medium. it fist very well in all the areas. the crown of my head could have slightly more padding. my head is just a tad shallow for the top. best helmet to date.

i have more helmets but im going to have to try them on and ride with them for awhile. ill fill some more in as time goes on.
