Last summer i talked to a guy down on the strip in Hanover, he said he had between 10-15k into his Harley, and the fastest time he got was like 11.7....

Needless to say I waited a few seconds before i told him that the 954 was capable of 10.2 STOCK.... i guess he didn't like that cause he walked away with a frustrated look on his face.

but i'd rather start on a platform that is fast to begin with, like a crotch rocket... than to try to make a slug like a Harley be fast.... just my opinion

Oh well, so it just goes to say, if you want to make a Harley or any other cruiser fast, you have to make it like that, and that's not street legal...

I agree with what PIP said to a degree... I believe a bike is a bike, and i respect all riders, whether on a Harley or Jap Cruiser, 250cc or a Busa... But i just wish many others shared this respect.... The Harley riders around here could care less about any of us a Jap bikes... :x
