the detailer that does all the planes turned me on to it
Wheelie 11-07-2005, 05:35 PM I use Eagle1! detailer, and Mothers Show Time detailer, the detailers do cut dirt and make the finish smooth. Ive never waxed Gixxie, I just use the detailer.wee
1WHEELMAX 11-12-2005, 07:07 PM I'll have to try one of these, I've always cleaned it the old fashion way and then waxed it.
1WHEELMAX 11-12-2005, 07:10 PM I have some of this but I've never tried it.

NavyMac 12-04-2005, 09:40 PM I found that after washing the bike, spray the whole thing down with Honda Polish while still wet and then dry it with a soft cloth. Leaves her SHINY.
Wheelie 12-05-2005, 02:38 PM I have a car wash 2 blocks away, after washing I us the air compressor to blow all the water drops and any water in areas that hold it, blow dry. wee
resuscit8u 12-05-2005, 04:14 PM Leaf blower makes a great bike dryer.

Knucle01 12-07-2005, 09:44 AM always made me a little nervous spraying down the bike w/ a hose.....should i be nervous? anything that i shouldn't directly hit w/ the water?
blndebmbr 12-07-2005, 10:30 AM I found that after washing the bike, spray the whole thing down with Honda Polish while still wet and then dry it with a soft cloth. Leaves her SHINY.
The only time I use water is when she has a good coat of actual dirt on her. Otherwise I only use honda polish...it's the only way to go. I use water as little as possible to keep it out of areas prone to rust....not a requirement just some safe keeping. I ride her enough in the rain that I don't need to get her wet from cleaning her.
BOnus of Honda polish is the more you use it the easier the crap is to get off the body.
By-Tor 12-07-2005, 11:14 AM Was your bike? Why do you guys bother? lol

lvn954 12-25-2005, 09:18 AM Honda polish is the only way to go! It's good for the whole bike, from top to bottum. Ride safe.

Hollowtip429 01-10-2006, 07:51 AM At the dealership after we pre bikes we spray the whole thing down with a hose, then blow dry it with an air compressor and when its dry we use Honda Polish on everything but the seat! I love that stuff too! It just works really great!
Luvfender 01-16-2006, 06:59 PM I love this stuff...
Ever since Resus mentioned the leaf blower, I've saved a ton of time, If I ever make it out to WI, first few rounds are on me

I like Midazolam myself- no need to remember, then you never lie.
I have always found Plexus at the Bike shops. They make a pocket sized one that is great for face shields too.

Oh Yeah!
We had a lady OD on vet grade ketamine she ripped off a couple years ago. 400 pounds and stuck in her car, a 2 door Cavalier, unresponsive.
She was my first tube, used an 8.0 on her.
gntbldr 01-17-2006, 03:58 AM ummm, I don't think that stuff helps to clean the body up.. I may be wrong but it just doesn't seem like it'd work.
