What a coincidence Sailor, my dad was in the navy, & he was the guy on shark watch, but back in the 50s they gave him an M1 rifle, he killed a few sharks with it.

I saw that clip during 'Shark Week' on Discovery Channel. I never go in the ocean.

the ocean is not our playground.....thats why my ass stays out of it, lol

Dam, caught a shark of of Savannah, GA when I lived down there, but it was only about 4 ft and I had to fight with it fr hors, got the jaws :wink:

I try not to think about it while I'm at the ocean, I love going out in the waves but if I'm ever around a real shark attack I will probably never go back in.
