If a tire warmer brings a tire to temp fast causing a small blue spot something to be concerned about? Will it affect the life of the tire? The warmers are digital so extemely ajustable. Problem with them is the inside can use more insulation.

the blue spot is probably some oil or something else that was on your tire that you couldn't see before you heated them up.

I have seen tires that have blued from heat, but they were hot from running on the track. I think the most important thing is not letting them heat cycle too many times. So use the warmers at the track to keep the tires at temp during when your off the track. Can't really answer your question about the blue spot though. Sorry.

The blue spot is some of the oil in the tire coming to the surface. You want your warmers to come up to temp fast other wise the tire would cool down a bit while waiting for the warmer, thus allowing the tire to heat cycle and defeating half of the reason for using warmers.
Don't use the warmers until you are at the track and ready to ride.

This particular warmer (cheap price) may possibly bringing the tire to temp too fast causing the blueing. They are digital but a preproduction run.
By tor I will send you a pic. Can you please load it for me.
