Ok, does anyone in here have any experience with Checkered Flag Motorsports? I ordered stands from them and while I recieved them fast I have been trying to get in contact with them for a month now. They said that all I had to do was send them an email with pictures of a problem I have with the front stand and they would fix the problem. Now it has been a month and still no word.

Anyone else done business with them or have any ideas?

It is not a big one, the holding nut that keeps the front stand slider in place popped off, bad weld. Not load bearing or anything and I had a buddy who is a welder look at the stands and he said that the welds all look pretty good, just one of those unlucky things. My gripe is that Scott at Checkered Flag said no problem, send him pics and he will send a stand out straight away. I sent pictures and haven't heard from him since, been just shy of a month.

Not a big deal to fix, my buddy said he would do it. Only catch is that I have to sand/grind the powder coat off of the area to re-attach the nut. Only cosmetic but still the guy said no problem and now I am getting the run around...............

i had the same problem with my stands. i went all hill-billy on it and just fixed her up with half a role of tape. it's stuck where it needs to be and the other side moves just fine. been using it for two years now and not a problem.

Do like wheelie said keep trying In the mean time do what jester did and fix it and use it, if it works fine just sell the other one if you get it.
