I am not impressed by just one set of practice numbers. We will see at the end of the year.

Everyone talks big about GSXR's HP #'s but when you look at the curve who the fuck is riding around town at 12,000rpm where that HP is anyway?

I dropped into a dealer the other day to check out the new bikes in living color. I'm not gonna be shopping for real until November, but I want to see how they look. The zx-10 looks sloppy, the GSXR is a GSXR. A decent looking bike. The 1000rr was definitely the best looking bike; could be my Honda leaning though. They didn't have an R1.

I started BS'ing with the salesman and he's telling me the GSXR was still king so I told him I'd trade a couple horses for Honda's fit, finish, and reliability. He said that GSXRs are built to be 20,000 mile bikes. Fuck that, disposable bikes?

me!!!! its not the HP really the Honda make more but it seems like the Gixxer just has there shit together..the bike proved its self with 3 wins in a row this year..Matt is a great rider and he has 1 second on everyone..
the 1000RR is a better all around bike in everyway,,just HRC cant get there shit together..I hope these guys can get atleast 1 win.

In cycle world the gixxer ran 1 second faster than the the other liter bikes during testing. That gixxer is for real. It's only going to get worse for the competition next year.

Remember that Eric never tested at Infineon during the off season, because Dunlop rented the track and wouldn't let Michelin test there. It really hurt Austin Ducati.

C'mon Stuna, I thought you were on top of this stuff.

By the way, I'm taping all the races.
