To remove a dremel tool works best to grind down the rivets,then a puch and hammer. To install a press and rivet t tool (about a 100.00) If you need a place to buy spockets and chain try here-- http://www.sprocketcenter.com/newsite/mainbox.asp You might want to just let your local shop rivet the new chain together,mine charged me 17.00 to do so. I would recomend that you either buy a master link or get a rivet tool from Parts Unlimited.
